BioHello there! I'm Jessie. There's not much to tell about me. I live in West Virginia. No, I don't sleep with family members and I don't know anyone who has. I don't wear overalls, I do wear shoes, and I don't own a shotgun. I can read, and I do it often. And the Hatfields and McCoys aren't feuding anymore. I say this because when I lived in Texas, my librarian asked me things like this. I'm not even kidding. And I was in first grade.
I like to read. I'm pretty quiet, but I can get loud when I want to. I'm not easily offended, so if you manage it, good for you. You must be either a jerk or stupid and close-minded. Music is my life. Classic rock, not much new stuff. There's hardly anything I like past the 70's. I don't watch much t.v. I have three sisters and two brothers. Donna, Kevin, Timmy, Jennifer, and Sarah. Sarah is younger than me by three years. The rest are older. Sarah is sincerely my best friend. I love her to death. I have a cat. He's calico and he has thumbs. His name is Moonie and, just like the person he's named after, he's insane. I love him very much. (Actually, it turns out my cat is a girl. He had kittens.)
I have a lot of favourite things, and I go through them in phases. I always like them all, but sometimes I'll be more interested in a few, and they change often. Right now I'm really interested in Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Torchwood, as well as my music, which I'm always into.
I'm not British, but often you'll see me use British spelling, and sometimes British words. This comes from the fact that almost everything I like is British, including a lot of what I read. I'm also a bit of a grammar Nazi, which is horrible in West Virginia, where most people wouldn't know proper English if you hit them upside the head with it. I once said the word conducive in a conversation with my brother, and he thought it was another language.
